Profil M Beratung für Human Resources Management GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as "Profil M") intends to create and publish photos of participants from events (trainings, etc.) organized by Profil M, for the purpose of promoting the company’s external image online.
The external promotional use includes, in particular, the publication of images for the advertisement of activities and events, as well as for illustrating Profil M's services and event offerings. These images will be published:
Any use of the images for purposes other than those mentioned above is not permitted.
Personal data can be found on the internet using suitable search engines, and individuals depicted in photos may potentially be identified. By combining these images with other data available online, personality profiles could be created and used for additional purposes, such as advertising.
Due to the potential for worldwide access and storage of data by third parties, in the event of a withdrawal of consent, and despite the removal of your data and images from the Profil M website and/or social media channels, further use by third parties or discovery through search engine archive functions cannot be ruled out.
For any planned publication on the internet or social networks, it is understood that worldwide access to images and data may be possible, including from countries with no or insufficient data protection standards. Therefore, Profil M cannot control access to or use of this data via the internet and cannot guarantee adherence to data protection standards.
I consent to being photographed for the above-mentioned purposes, to having my photos stored for selection and editing, and to the publication of selected photos in the media specified above. Insofar as the photo reveals any information about my ethnic origin, religion, or health (e.g., skin color, head covering, glasses), this consent also applies to that information.
This consent is voluntary. It may be refused at any time without providing a reason and without any negative consequences. This consent may also be withdrawn at any time with future effect, in written form (e.g., letter, email). Photos in which I am clearly identifiable and that primarily show only me will then be promptly removed from Profil M's online presence. If I am pictured in a group with others, the photo does not need to be removed; instead, it is sufficient if I am promptly obscured in the photo (e.g., by pixelation).
