Talent management is just as affected by changes and trends as the general economic situation. Therefore, Profil M surveys the “Talent Climate Index” in cooperation with Prof. Klaus Stulle from Fresenius University of Applied Sciences.

Based on five central questions, the current situation and trend statements regarding talent management are precisely captured. The survey takes only 10 minutes. The core is the assessment by experts on opportunities for recruiting skilled workers and leaders, both internally and externally. For this purpose, a representative cross-section of companies is surveyed at regular intervals. This reveals current trends and long-term developments.
